| Q. I cannot buy the house at this stage. How can you help? |
| A. We can help you get into your very own home on rent with the option of buying it later. In this way, you can see if the house is suitable for you and your family and also, have the time to arrange for finances. |

| Q. Is there something wrong with these houses. If not, why are you selling them and that too, at a discount? |
| A. No, there is nothing wrong at all with these houses. The reason we are able to provide you a dream house at a discount is that we are professionals at this. We may have bought the property quickly from an owner who needed cash, or we may have been able to develop a property in such a manner that allowed for a discount. |

| Q. There may be legal problems...isn't it? |
| A. No, there are no legal issues. The sale would be bonafide and you would have title to the ownership. In fact, we are going to handhold you through the entire sale transaction and even pay the stamp fee and legal charges. |

| Q. Why should I not buy from auctions? |
| A. Buying properties at auctions is no easy task. Requiring a lot of research and easy cash in hand, buying at auctions requires you to be well aware of the properties you are interested in and also the auction process itself. Complete with a list of do's and don'ts, the auction process is in itself a daunting experience. Another factor is the up front costs which are non refundable. This will include numerous fees such as legal fees, mortgage arrangement fees and fees for the survey. Also, in case you bid on a property and later decide to not go ahead with the transaction you will lose your deposit, which usually amounts to 10% of the total selling price and is therefore not a small amount. |
